Tim at Auto Audio is THE BEST. Took my Ford car radio/CD player in to him for a problem with the on/off/volume knob. Diagnosed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Gave me options on what could be done and let the radio "burn" for most of the day to be sure it was in tip-top working order. AND did this gratis! You want REAL customer service, Auto Audio is the real deal!
I rec'd the best customer service I've ever got at this store they were very helpful with us and we got a nice system for my gdaughter and it was installed and they showed her how to sync all her devices to it Thank You to the sales installers and even the owner came out and talked with us highly recommend Auto Audio to anyone looking for good mdse and friendly staff...... from the Detroit customers u helped at the last minute on 6/20/17 .....

Las t August we installed both a Parrot Bluetooth in my van and a stereo bluetooth in our son's car. For any issue we ever had, Auto Audio was just a phone call away, willing to help over the phone and fixed every issue we had...mind you they were small issues or even questions we had to ask as we lost our product manuals! Without delay, they managed to help anytime we needed. For any future installations, we're going to Auto Audio in Neptune!
