I been in car business 35 years .. Very good auction .. I had a Proplem with a car from the lease line .. Rob Rossi the manger was excellent ..I want to thank him .. took care of the proplem fast .. was very helpful .. always pleasant and a smile ....
Jim Lockhead is the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. Absolutely terrible customer service. After my interaction with him, I was forced to leave a negative review. Based on my experience with him, I would suggest anyone stay away from this establishment.
