Got a vehicle from them, in less than a week I was stranded on the side of 55. Was giving a number to call because the "warranty" has roadside assistance. Was supposed to be able to get towed to a shop. After being charged over $100 for a tow and waiting 4 hours cancelled the tow and replaced the missing hose clamp by myself. Great experience no complaints
Seriously upset with the vehicle. We purchased a vehicle and were told that it had a "clean bill of health". We did a test drive and everything seemed fine, money exchanged, papers signed, and we drove home (about a 2 minute drive) parked and went inside. Went to leave about 30 minutes later and the vehicle wouldn't start. Called and explained what happened, someone came messed with the battery cable and got it started. Bought a ram pickup from them. Its an amazing truck. The whole staff was awesome. The day I bought the truck I had an issue with the drivers mirror. I went in the following day and told them about and they ordered me a new mirror and installed it when it arrived at their dealership.
