Highly disappointed! I've dealt with many auto shops and detail shops in my life but by far this was the worst experience I've had. The owner should be selling used cars with the way he makes excuses and promises. I could write pages and pages of issues I had with him and his shop. First he gave me a time frame of one to two weeks, took four and still wasn't right. Installed four LED lights costing $750 and the lights are installed using plastic ties. It doesn't get better than Auto Art. My son ran a red light and caused $35000.00 in damage to my Mercedes. To make it it worse, the lease was up in 2 months. I was referred to Auto Art by the Service Manger at my Mercedes Dealer. Funny thing is that the Mercedes dealer has their own body shop on site. I was concerned that the car would not be ready by the time my lease was up and that they would know it was in a heavy wreck. I have been a customer of Auto Art since they have opened. I actually followed the owner Larry from a previous shop. I can't say enough how happy I am with them. They handle a lot of different work for me. I have has them repair accidents, I use them for all of my routine mechanical work, and recently had them install a remote start and headrest TV's for my kids. I can honestly say that its nice to have a shop you can trust like Auto Art. Not to mention how impressive their facility is.
This shop isn't what it seems, have been lied to multiple times. Staff is reasonable, but owner is full of fairy tales.
Excellent service and level of quality. Many custom options and reasonable prices. Try this place before going anywhere else. The paint and body work is superb.
