What a great shop, crew, and cost! They got me in and out quickly, were transparent with the problems (photos, explanation, etc), and best of all honest about what "needed" to be done and what I could hold off on. I couldn't ask for more from an automotive shop!
I highly recommend Auto Analytx for vehicle services. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and transparent throughout the whole process of your vehicle being serviced. I will go back for future services to my vehicle.
Excellent for Tesla owners! My Model 3 is 8 years old and needed replacement of brake fluid, cabin filter, and wiper blades. All work was competitively priced and completed as expected! I love the Courtesy Inspection Form, so I know exactly what items will need service/repair in the coming months. Ali is an excellent Service Advisor and clearly explains the repair process. Also, I was able to schedule an appointment within days.
The sales pitch is good but the execution really bad. I brought my car in this am at 930 with a big electrical problem, only talked to the “dispatch” person and never heard a word from them by 5PM. I called and they said “it’s all taken apart and we don’t know what’s going on.’ I can’t comment on what services I got because they told they did a “shuttle” which is really that is paid for my auburn city and then no communication until This.
