Better BMW service than BMW – My BMW has finally departed under the watchful eye of Auto Analysts. Let me tell you how.... since birth, they did all work to factory specs and kept my car's warranty in good standing and running well. You can trust them! – I had been going to "the dealer" for a long time, but I never felt like I was being told the truth about what my car really needed. I would never go near the dealership again thanks to these guys – These guys are incredible. I waited a week and a half for an appointment with the dealer (won't mention which one) and left my car there for two days. After this amount of time they told me they needed more time to figure out my complex strange noise issue. My gut told me to get my car out of there. Outstanding customer service and excellent follow up. The kind of mechanics you would pray to find in the city. – I bring my 560 SL Mercedes Benz and my wife's 528i BMW to this family-owned business. Not Recommended – I brought my 2001 BMW to Auto Analysts for a brake job expecting a better deal than what I would get at the dealer. Two rotors and 4 pads ended up costing $950! We had several conversations on the phone and they didn't follow up with me on things that we discussed. I would not recommend this shop for service
