I ended up finding this local man Rick, who spent two days and several hours trying to get my AC working again. He ended up finding out it was a leaking evaporator coil. Long story short he would not charge us a penny because he could not fix the problem.( I did not want to spend the money for a new coil) He is a local guy with low overhead. He works long days for little pay. He is one of those good guys who was raised right and taught to help his "neighbors" out. I just wanted to get the word out about this hidden treasure!
