We were told they would have rental cars and did not need a reservation. We gave specific dates, and they said not to worry, they would have cars. But when we went arrived they had no cars. Not great, we were relying on this agency as it was near our hotel.
I rented a car for three months at about half the price of any other rental agency. Pickup and drop-off were easy in a parking garage. Highly recommend for long term rentals on Oʻahu!
