I feel like I need to split this review into 2 parts. The fitting of the unit was very good, a lovely guy, explained everything thoroughly, made sure I was happy before he went and he tidied everything up and overall it was a great price (hundreds cheaper than other installers). However the communication from the point of order to fitting day was less than perfect, I was left not knowing when it was going to be installed, messages were left unanswered for up to a week. Tyrone fitted our Truma Avent Comfort Air Conditioning unit to our motorhome with professionalism & efficiency. He was friendly and explained how everything worked. Very pleased with the product and the service. Thanks.

I'm very happy with the Truma 2nd gen air conditioning unit that was fitted yesterday. Tyrone was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job and also made a good job of cleaning up when the work was completed. I would definitely recommend them Auto Additions.
