It's been months since I had a remote start installed here and the experience still bothers me enough to write a negative review. The “gentleman” at the counter was condescending and rude. Do not waste your money on a "Detail" job, you can do just as well in your driveway. I spent over $100, and when I got the car back all they really did was wash the car, shampoo the carpet, and put gloss on the tires. I expected they would clean the vent louvers, but no - still dusty. They wanted all things out of the middle console, but they didn't vaccuum it or wipe it out. The sunvisors were still dirty, dusty. This was the worst possible experience in having my windshield replaced! After I left, I noticed that there was broken glass all over the dash, front seats, and floors. The remote start antennea fell off (not glued properly) within 5 miles. And to top it off, later I noticed they had dripped black windshield adhedsive on my leather seat. The owner was unapologetic about all of it. He sent me to a leather repair place (almost into Elkhart) to have the seat fixed.
