The worst company ever. I ordered black cargo tray for 2022 Elantra . Instead I received gray ,not fitting my car cargo tray. Now ,it's Auto Accessories Garage fold, and I've been informed that first : I have to send pictures to prove wrong item. I'll have to wait 7 days to get return label. Next tome just shop on Amazon.
BUYER BEWARE OF AUTO ACCESSORIES GARAGE. There are a lot of reputable auto parts websites to purchase from – don’t choose autoaccessoriesgarage.com! We had a very disappointing, and expensive, experience. We purchased from auto accessories garage.com a set of maxliner floor mats that were supposedly custom fit for our suv. Front and back floor mats and rear cargo mat = about $245 total cost. They were a poor fit – the cargo mat particularly poor with nearly a depth 4 inches short. The design and quality were also poor. You get good reviews if you have good service. I have read most of the reviews on this site and your excuses of why you lame. If you have to keep saying your SORRY do something about it. FIX THE PROBLEM. I have been successful with the business I have ran wondering what my customers thought. NUMBER ONE WHEN RUNNING A BUSINESS. excuses will not fix your problem. Stand behind everything 💯%. Take calls from your customers good or bad. We call that MANNING UP.
On 6/4/21 I ordered a grill guard for my truck. I have not heard anything from this company about my order. I called them today 6/25/21 and asked to speak with the owner. They say they are family own but the girl who answered the phone says she thinks the owners name is Steve and he will not take calls from customers. Now you have pissed me off!
