Had to change insurance, the old company left. But as long as you had insurance it was an easy switch. They are not taking any new customers at this time.
Didn’t share with customers that their insurance was taken over. Staff RUDE when visited the office to attempt to switch to another carrier. Which they also did not inform customers was possible! Insurance expired yesterday as I was unaware they were still open and have been researching other insurance options trying to find anything comparable.
