I’m not sure what people’s issues are with this place… communicate if you are having issues and they will work with you. Don’t be a “Karen” or a “Ken” lol. My account Manager Paul is awesome and doesn’t treat me like a moron if i don’t understand something.
Im dealing with real-life problems, real injuries, real bills, and systems that don’t care about the human on the other end. When companies treat me like a number instead of a person, it forces me into survival mode. There is no grace JUST POLICY on pushing out due date.
I recently received a $17 “charge off” on my credit report, issued by Auto Acceptance. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and my insurance company promptly paid them off. I had money coming to me since I had been previously paying my loan payment. However, I received a few nasty phone calls from AA stating that I owed them an additional $17. payment website is annoying but works. the problem is that they never answer the phone if you do have an issue. pray you don't need to get anything done quickly
The car lot I purchased from set my payment date incorrectly. After struggling to make the payment on time as a result, I finally called and spoke with Paul. I explained the situation, he was understanding and more than happy to work with me to set set my payment date to a better day for me. Thank you Paul, you were great to work with and very pleasant to speak to. I appreciate it!!
