Bob, the owner, came out to look at my car within a literal minute of me walking into his shop. From what I had described to him he immediately looked behind my glovebox and diagnosed the problem. He would’ve been able to fix my car and have it back to me within a couple of hours but he had to order my part from a dealer because my car was a newer model and those parts hadn’t been released outside of dealers yet, so he had to order it via the dealer and pick it up the next morning.
