Cant recommend Guarev and his team at Auto 4 all enough. We were purchasing a vehicle from interstate and had to organise all from NSW for collection in South Melbourne. The deal was negotiated remotely and subject to a test drive and inspection as well. When we arrived the car had just been detailed and presented with a bow and a couple of gifts. Avoid this dealership at all costs. My experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I was promised several key things before purchasing a vehicle, namely a full service from a Kia-authorised centre, a new Kia battery with a valid invoice, documentation confirming the work done, etc. After full payment, none of these were provided and the car was provided in a shabby condition.
