Hiliana and Fernando were so patient and communicative. Hiliana answered our questions clearly and thoroughly. She is very patient and kind. Fernando also explained in detail the part needed. I appreciate their efforts in repairing our car. Excellent customer service and quality repair. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with the body shop. Brought in the car for a repair and they handled everything for us for the insurance and had our car looking like new. The staff there was very nice and responsive
Let me repost since they deleted my comment. they are scam artist I would NOT recommend Auto 360 based on my experience with the repairs to my Jeep after an insurance claim. My vehicle was brought to Auto 360 after a hit-and-run collision, with damage involving the right rear tail lamp area and problems with my blind-spot monitoring system. If you love your car do not go to this shop, 6 months have passed my car is not yet done, missing window trim, the dings they fixed multiplied and poor workmanship on parts they returned on my car.
