If you love your car do not go to this shop, 6 months have passed my car is not yet done, missing window trim, the dings they fixed multiplied and poor workmanship on parts they returned on my car.
I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the manager and team are true car whisperers - they fixed my door and gave my ride a sparkling cleaning, all without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!
I came here through a referral from National General and simply requested an estimate. I even called the day before to confirm that I could come in for one. However, my car wasn’t properly inspected at all — I was just told that ‘all body shops work this way’ and was sent away. Even when I offered to pay personally for an estimate, they still refused to evaluate my vehicle. It’s hard to understand why a body shop would decline to even look at a car. Auto 360 did an unbelievable job repairing my car (Jaguar). There was extensive damage done to my car and they returned it to me like it was brand new (Inside and out). The job was done in less than a week. All of the employees were professional and focused on customer service. Their pricing was great as well. This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Thanks for the great work!!
