I called today and spoke with a very nice young lady. I wish I could remember her name. I told her I wanted to get something to my father in law's room in the hospital. She asked me what he liked and offered to put together a bag of candy for him with a nice bow and a balloon. We called him a few hours later and he had already gotten his get well delivery. The service that I obtained placing 2 orders today was a true definition of excellent customer service!! The woman(Sue) who assisted me was kind,knowledgeable & friendly. The arrangement that was created at AH was beautiful,and the recipient loved it!
