The office staff is absolutely amazing and so are the techs. Our son was a patient there for 2 years and we loved his techs Paulina and Trey. The OT therapist Taylor is also fantastic. I would recommend them and would seek their services if we ever went back to Jacksonville.
This is hands down one of the BEST places in Jacksonville for Autism Therapy. We had such bad experiences with another company and we switched to ATS. The staff is amazing and easy to work with. They always keep you updated with your child’s progress. My son had other services and his behavior was getting worse. Within 3 weeks of going to this facility, my son is thriving. My experience with ATS has been a positive one. I have two children who receive services and have been amazed with the progress I have seen with them both. They have been so supportive and caring and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for services.
ATS is a phenomenal company! My child has been receiving services in home/in clinic/ or in the community setting now for nearly 5 years. I had given up hope with ABA due to events with another company in CA, however the Jacksonville crew has completely changed my mind and made me believe again in this type of therapy for those on the spectrum.
