I have nothing but good things to say about the staff that's worked with my daughter with in-home services. She's come such a long way since starting. From the supervisor to scheduling to therapists, they've all been kind and truly caring.
False information in there website. The website said “ We are proud to serve all active and retired military families throughout Riverside County” but when I called they don’t even take Tricare insurance. Time to update the website I guess.
I never got a call back for my son to start speech this is ridiculous it's been since last May, and nothing I have emailed them and called so many times I shouldn't have to because you guys responsible for your service to call your patient with updates. I was told my son will start speech in the fall will that never happen. Now we are in February, and the last time I talked to them was in October about my son being on waiting list and now that I emailed you guys I'm block wow bad service I will definitely not take my son her... read more
This is an excellent place, they train their employees very well and I am very satisfied with their service!
