I do not recommend this company. First of all their tech came out to fix a minor issue on our under warranty Bosch dishwasher. He couldn’t properly attach a kick plate, so used duct tape. That came off within 4 days. This time I called to get the expensive appliance fixed, got a really rude man who obviously prefers to deal with men, or women that don’t question him. . When I said I didn’t like the way he spoke to women..he said DONT PLAY THE WOMAN CARD...needless to say don’t deal with these people unless you want poor serv... read more
