An Authorized rep for Whirlpool. My initial appointment set up by Whirlpool. The appointment time was changed by the company so I needed to reschedule. They got the parts and again, the appointment was scheduled with them at 1 - 3. THE morning of it was changed again. I was at an MD appointment.
