An Authorized rep for Whirlpool. My initial appointment set up by Whirlpool. The appointment time was changed by the company so I needed to reschedule. They got the parts and again, the appointment was scheduled with them at 1 - 3. THE morning of it was changed again. I was at an MD appointment. The technician shorted out the circuit board in my dishwasher making it unusable. The service manager was supposed to give me a status update on the parts today, but I never heard from him. Either he didn't get it ordered, or customer service is not high in the priority list. Either way the parts should be over-nighted and my machine should be repaired before the end of this weekend. RecommendedI had my 1st interaction with ATS this morning. Leopoldo was the assigned technician to look at and repair our Refigerator's water delivery system. He was quick to identify the problem, replace a part and test the system. I'm satisfied with the service and highly recommend Leopoldo.
Leopoldo did a fantastic job fixing our dryer. Originally we had a technician from GE named Jonathan and he was horrible and didn’t take any time to diagnose the problem. ATS on the other hand spent the necessary time, took apart the entire dryer and fixed it all in one appointment. The problem was much more complicated than the GE technician stated. Thank you ATS and Leopoldo for being thorough and courteous and for getting our dryer working.
