first of all the guy has horrible customer service he's extremely brash and talks down to his customer. He literally checked my $20 bill like two or three times that I just got out out of the ATM.. Then he kept Asking me if I was American can't you tell by my accent I speak perfect English🤦🏽‍♂... Then to make matters worse his picture made me look so fat I know I don't look like that.. I came for passport photos after a previous set was rejected from a different photographer. The owner was very dismissive. He took one photo, and when he showed it to me I expressed concerns over the quality. He condescendingly explained that he had been doing it for 40 years and printed the photos. If that’s the case, then it may be time to hang up the camera. The photos were blurry, over-saturated and overall poor in quality. And judging by the most recent reviews, this seems to be a common issue.

This place is a SCAM and I had a very bad experience with this place and would not recommend this place for a Chinese passport photo. I originally went there because I thought the owner was experienced with Chinese passport photo requirements. The first time, I paid $18 for two physical photos plus nearly $30 for a digital copy. After a second visit and another $35 charge, I ended up spending around $80 total — and neither set of photos worked for my Chinese passport application.
