We had them install 3 AC units for us. We had a maintenance contract. The first couple of years were great. Amazing techs, manager, and customer service. A new owner came in after a couple of years. Authorized Heating and Air installed our current unit 22 years ago and have serviced it twice a year every since. The unit is STILL running GREAT!!! Their technicians are outstanding and their service is prompt & efficient. We will use them for years to come.
