I was assigned to Authorized Appliance & Electric Service via my Home Warranty company. I submitted a service request because my washer was leaking and stopped working. I called the contractor and left a message. The contractor returned my call in a timely manner on the same day and I was able to get the service scheduled easily. I was not able to accommodate his first time slot but when I asked about a Monday, he was easily able to accommodate and set a time slot aside for me. Let me start by saying Dave did a repair for me on a hot water heater and did an excellent job, at the advertised and stated price of $65. My second and last experience with him was the exact opposite. I made a second appointment a few days later to have my dishwasher repaired. A week later Dave the owner calls the morning of the appointment to tell me the price is $90 not the $65 that was advertised and quoted by him personally via phone, this is after I have already taken time off work to meet him.
