We needed service on our Whirlpool washer under ****** Protection Plan. Authorized Appliance was assigned to our claim. The day before the scheduled service call, the tech called to confirm the appointment and give an approximate time that he would arrive. The next day, the tech arrived shortly before anticipated. I WAS REFERRED HERE BY GE AFTER BUYING A MICROWAVE THAT DID NOT WORK. THE OFFICE MANAGER ANSWERED THE ***** AND AFTER EXPLAINING WHY I WAS CALLING SHE TREATED ME IN THE MOST RUDE MANNER I COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. Wish I could give NO stars!! This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM! look at all their yelp reviews and you will see the same pattern. DONNA the lady that does the scheduling is as rude as you get, unprofessional and inconvenienced. They don't fix things properly, they don't provide proper paperwork or call back. The technician called on route and customer did not answer the phone. Technician drove to the home and tried ringing the broken doorbell and banging on the door. After several attempts, he left a card and continued. Since we can not answer phones while driving--the technician could not answer but once he parked, he was all the rude and derogatory remarks the customer left. It is best for another company to continue with service

I have had issues with my dishwasher three times last year. When I call Lowes they schedule a time, which always seems to be different than Authorized has me set up for (I always call companies to verify appointments). This is most likely a Lowes issue. The tech (who I really like) Greg did call prior to the appointments, and showed up on time. As I have mentioned to this customer--phone lines are busy in the mornings and if they are full--they roll over to message. We also have to call warranty companies with estimates to receive authorization and unfortunately--we can be on hold for up to an hour--which restricts the lines as well. Authorized Appliance Repair Company is contracted through Lowe's to do warranty work on Frigidaire refrigerators. First, there was an issue with the appointment time (either 8am-12p or 12pm-5pm), but eventually was given a 5pm appointment (issue with the time, maybe on the fault of Lowe's).
