When we bought our hot tub we visited this Authority Spas because it was close to where we live. The sales man was very pushy and off-putting so we ended up going with a different company based in Denver. We still stop in to get the Frog products as needed for our tub. I haven't seen the salesman who made us go with another company so that problem seems to have been fixed. My new frustration is that they have increased the price on Frog products by a lot. Purchased an R5l a few years back from these guys, have had nothing but problems with warranty service, the lastest is asking for warranty replacement of some cheap plastics snap clips that constantly break on the tub. I asked to have 3 of these sent to my home, but they refused claiming I had to pick up in store becuase they have "shipping problems". That 3 hours out of my day, plus numerous emails trying to get the store to just do the right thing. I would not purchase from these guys, the service at the other locations fo... read more

Authority Spas did an exceptional job from start to finish. Delivery was right on time, and the setup went smoothly. We had a minor issue due to a small electronic defect, but their team responded immediately and resolved it without hesitation. I’m very glad we chose to work with them—outstanding service all around.
