Purchased an R5l a few years back from these guys, have had nothing but problems with warranty service, the lastest is asking for warranty replacement of some cheap plastics snap clips that constantly break on the tub. I asked to have 3 of these sent to my home, but they refused claiming I had to pick up in store becuase they have "shipping problems". Authority Spas did an exceptional job from start to finish. Delivery was right on time, and the setup went smoothly. We had a minor issue due to a small electronic defect, but their team responded immediately and resolved it without hesitation. I’m very glad we chose to work with them—outstanding service all around.
We've had extraordinary customer service from everyone at Authority Spas. We had a snafu with our new hot tub which was a bummer, but the level of interaction and customer service we received made the whole ordeal tolerable. Authority did everything they could to make the situation right as quickly as possible, ultimately getting us a new hot tub.
