We've had extraordinary customer service from everyone at Authority Spas. We had a snafu with our new hot tub which was a bummer, but the level of interaction and customer service we received made the whole ordeal tolerable. Authority did everything they could to make the situation right as quickly as possible, ultimately getting us a new hot tub. I highly recommend Authority Spas for the quality of their Bullfrog Spas and their dedication to customer service. Since I purchased my hot tub from him in 2017, Mike has always gone out of his way to help me. Most recently, he graciously stopped by my house at no charge to help me change out a jet pack.
John Kim has been great to work with. We have a Bullfrog that had a few issues and he's been responsive, kind, and all-around awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure our issues were fixed. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service, delivery, and post-delivery support. Another dealer was not able to deliver as promised, so we found this dealer of the same brand and *SO* glad we did. They had significantly better pricing, and were able to deliver on our schedule (in time for some out of town guests to enjoy the spa). Since then, any questions or needs have been answered quickly and courteously. We will continue to use them for our spa supplies and service.
We just purchased a tub here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. Will update with install and ownership experience in time!
