Renter Beware: Authority Property Management are scammers. They take extra money from you when you make your monthly payment unless you physically go there and pay them otherwise there is a fee. They take all or part of your deposit when you move out. We cleaned our place for 3 days. On hands and knees everything got cleaned and it looked actually better than when we moved in.
