Juan did a great job both servicing our furnace and AC but also explaining what filters to use and how the system is performing.
We have used Authority Heating for years. Their maintenance program has saved us money in the long run. All their technicians have been good. Brandon came today, he was super friendly and answered all my questions.
Update : Today ( Spring 2026) Brandon went above and beyond like last time. During the regular service maintenance he also dug into a couple problems that happened when the furnace was installed last fall. There was a kink in a hose that he found and he also found that the circuit board was not working with the UV light and he replaced the board.
