Bobby was very quick, very helpful, figured out the issue. He was polite and professional and try to do as best he could for us. Only caveat that was very annoying was that the source of the issue was a loose connection, although original to the install 7 years ago during the build, it could have been caught with a simple leak test by the Authority technician the previous year with his two service calls and avoided 3 serivces calls and $1900 total ($900, $450, and $450). It really was a $600-800 single fix.

Danny did a great job identifying a bad capacitor and had our main AC back up and running. We had him look at one of our mini split AC's that was leaking water. After a thorough check and vacuuming the condensation line, a clog was found which wasn't letting the line drain. He double checked everything after that and made sure that it was resolved. Danny goes above and beyond for sure. Thank you Danny!

We have had nothing but amazing experiences with all our techs! Most recently, we had Tyler and Eli (sorry if that's incorrect) come replace our furnace. They were both so professional and considerate of our home, and took "leave no trace" very seriously. Thank you! Highly recommend!
