Really appreciate all of the effort, work and almost instant care AuthoraCare offers. It was difficult to manage my MIL's decline, but they jumped right in and made our crisis manageable. Kind, responsive and emapthetic area all words we experienced and more. Also, super generous with help, set up, and care for my mother in law in her decline and passing. AuthoraCare's Hospice Services have been a great help to us over the last 8 months. My aunt was in and out of the hospital April-June of 2025. Once AuthoraCare stepped in, she was comfortable at home. My aunt had 24 hour live in care, and the extra eyes and hands and visits from AuthoraCare improved her quality of life and kept her healthy. My aunt made her last hospital visit this week in Jan of 2026 and passed away. The entire team at AuthoraCare were such a blessing to our family this year. We had two parents in hospice for extended periods of time. We had exceptional nurses, Juliet and Debbie, that went above and beyond. The aide, Sasha, was so good helping us bathing and giving us helpful tips along the way. The social worker, Jodi, was always there for us. She's amazing. We were blessed to have many visits by the Chaplain, Bryan. I want to publicly thank all these heroes for what they do everyday.
I have used the grief counseling services and found it very beneficial in my coping after the loas of my parents and will recommend this program to my sons after the loas of their brother, ( my son) and also their father.
