My mother (62) was put into in home hospice care (unexpected) back in January and unfortunately she was only here for 8 days after that. My personal experience with the team was PHENOMENAL. They do not offer CNA CLASSES at all!!! They do not OFFER ANY classes for anything.
They don’t answer phone calls, was supposed to have a lift delivered my resident can’t stand at all and was forced to stay in chair because they never delivered the lift on time or at all we had to wait the following day because the drivers could not get in contact with the hospice workers which was very inconvenient for my resident and their family
My mom was transferred to Authoracare from the hospital. We knew mom was at end of life and wanted her to be comfortable. The staff was simply incredible - they are angels. They talked to us about end of life care and gave us a Blue book of signs to look at for the progression. They cared for our family as much as they cared for mom.
