I’m paying monthly fees for amenities that I can’t access as I’m writing this! The trash compactor is currently full (again), and we were just emailed a warning not to leave trash outside of it — with fines (up to $500). So what exactly are residents supposed to do with their garbage when the compactor is unusable? The outside entrance to the gym has been broken for over a month, which makes it completely inaccessible when the leasing office is closed. THIS IS NOT ABOUT A RETAIL OR FOOD ISSUE. THIS IS A AS REAL AS IT GETS, BILLS, LIVING/PERSONAL SPACE THAT YOU PAY A VERY PRETTY PENNY FOR PROBLEM. I want to preface that I NEVER leave poor reviews, but this is Different entirely....my roommate and I have a binding contract lease agreement stating this company and apartment management are responsible for water, sewer, trash, INTERNET, and of course all maintenance for the apartment I signed for. Just moved in. Amazing place. Great staff. Very pretty and well structured. A lot of thought has gone into the ecosystem of the community. Has a lot of bells and whistles. Would recommend greatly.
