Beautiful well maintained apartment complex. Beautiful clean pool and lounge area. Nice apartments well thawed out. The grounds were well maintained. Everything is wheelchair accessible. The staff is friendly. The maintenance crew is very good and takes care of the property. No riffraff at this location. The managerial staff is courteous and friendly.
Beautiful sunsets, convenient access to the expressway, Chloe in the front office is great, and I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team. The only big issue is the front door to my apartment on the first floor has water intrusion issues when there is a bad storm. Maintenance has done everything to minimize the intrusion which has helped, but they really need to replace the doors with storm doors.
Exceptional service! Tabatha was very patient and kind and went above and beyond to ensure that the application process was smooth and all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion.
Tabitha was honestly the best I have been to so many apartment complex and she was so friendly. She is honestly the reason I would be moving in
