Doug the Maintence Man saved my life and my peace of mind! On a horrific day when I was finally "ALLOWED" to retrieve my closet items, dresser items, physical therapy equipment and other items held "hostage" by by my soon to be ex-husband since February and his renigging on items that he said that I could have in court, changed his mind and said I couldn't have them after all, made it a rough and terrifying day for me! This year compared to last year has been a bit of a disappointment. We love the staff and everyone at Authentix. However the pool this year has been super dirty, very slimy, and not taken care of. Also there was another sun umbrella talked about for the area by the couches, where is that? Instead of wine Wednesdays/morning breakfast, I would rather the pool be taken care of a bit more.
Carrissa was very helpful with the moving in prosses, quick to help answer my questions and help us understand everything
The handy man service is high quality. Their response is fanominal and their work is of the highest of quality. I strongly recommend their services.
