A nice apartment with good amenities. They can be a bit overwhelming with almost daily emails and the traffic drives way to fast through the long east west parking lot.
SECOND UPDATE: It has been almost a year since I applied to live here. I never signed a lease, but I am being charged for rent and late fees and the office did nothing to help me. If this affects my credit or ability to obtain future housing, I will be taking legal action. Deplorable rental company. UPDATE: After a quick Google search, I found out that these guys use RealPage who are notably in a lawsuit right now for allegedly using algorithmic pricing. ***Update it’s been 2 months since applying where is my $565 dollar check at that you claiming been sent back to me in the mail. I need my money. Just like you subtracted it from my account. i comp;ained about a beeping noise coming from a neughboring apartment. It starts every morning at 7:57 and stops at 8:56. ,Nothing has been done about this, not even an aknowledgement. ;
