This place does not ever answer there phone when you need something. Terrible service when you need it. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Poor living conditions and management at this community. Some of the people that live here aren’t being held accountable for their actions. The management here just ignores every situation, even though they say that they will do something to fix the problem. Do better. All it takes is to communicate and act on a situation. Probably a better idea than getting sued by your renters.
Best place to live at. Friendly staff and very helpful with everything.
A friend of mine who lives in this apartment complex is facing severe bullying and mistreatment from their neighbor. Despite my friend talking to the staff and manager multiple times, no action has been taken. At this point, it truly feels unfair for a resident of Authentix in McHenry to have to go through this every day. I have personally witnessed the distress my friend is experiencing, and it's heartbreaking to see them endure such torment. Poor living conditions. There is always issues every week with this place. Dumpsters overfilled so trash is laying around in the street. Wifi never working and when it does it's very weak. Countless maintenance issues, along with terrible customer service. Would not live here, this place is going down hill fast.
