Location wise , very good, next to Aldi and Meijer which is fantastic. Pool, Gym, and Dog park have always been maintained and cleaned when I've used them. Pet friendly, lots of places for disposing of pet waste, free bags as well throughout the grounds. Only downside I've had is with insects in the apartment and birds nesting close to external vents, which in my experience has been addressed in a timely manner with maintenance. Too expensive. No granite countertops. Trash isn’t picked when it’s supposed to be. Over charged for internet!
New ownership is awful, the manger is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Nothing positive to say, every month the fees go up. Never had a problem with the old owners the rent each month didn’t really fluctuate to much till the new owners now every month it’s completely different and the break down makes 0 sense. The apartment’s look great in pictures but in reality the build quality isn’t good after it’s lived in everything is beginning to fall apart.
