Horrible apartment management. The manager above the one located in Lakeville Brianna wouldn’t even give us her number to actually speak to a person. They DO NOT know how to deal with any situation. Signs up show property under surveillance with no camera..,interesting. They basically kicked us out because that was easier than resolving a conflict like all adults. The people in the office are very nice. The Authentix systems are terrible. You start out w a bunch of apps you have to sign up for. Some didnt work. Most of them got changed once in the 2 years I lived there. Its a giant pain. They started out w rent rebates...that went away. The snow removal is terrible, theres no place to park. People smoke pot in their apartments and my hallway often smelled. I’ve lived here for several months now and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast, and the team is always friendly and professional. The amenities are a huge bonus — the gym is actually usable, the common areas are spotless, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and comfortable. This place is only decent during the summer. Once winter arrives, conditions become very difficult. Snow is not cleared properly or on time, making walkways unsafe. Taking out the trash is especially frustrating—the dumpsters are extremely far away, and during winter you almost have to climb through snow and ice just to throw your garbage away.
