Management is great!
Walls are very very thin. You can hear every conversation and every step your neighbors take. Even with video evidence of the noise and time stamps on said videos and management saying they talk to them, nothing changes. Besides the noise it is a beautiful place to live and it has great amenities but just be ready for your sleep schedule to be disrupted multiple times a week.
Wasted $500 applying for an apartment and getting our hopes up just to get denied because I am in the process of rebuilding my credit score. We were told during the tour that if our credit score does not meet requirements that there is an option to pay a higher deposit. Now they are telling us they won't work with us and there's nothing we can do. Also have to wait 3 weeks to get our money back. Ridiculous. We make more than enough money to pay rent here but got denied over credit scores. Gotta love America. You guys seemed ... read more
The walls are super thin The amount of times I hear my neighbors pounding up the stairs absolutely appalling I can hear my neighbors conversations The AC and heating if you have it at specific degrees (68-73) it's either going to be burning hot or absolutely freezing The windows suck!!! in hindsight it is a nice place but im giving it three stars ONLY because I love the staff their absolute sweethearts but the building itself I think my room was just poorly made was one of the first people to move in first few buildings to b... read more
