The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Any maintenance need has been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Everyone has taken the time to learn our names and welcome us which I did not expect. It is a community, not just apartments. The apartment is clean and in new condition. Highly recommend!
We have had a positive experience living in this community overall. The facilities are new, and the appliances included in the apartments are in great condition. The main issue we have experienced is the constant noise from the nearby highway. The units closer to the road are affected by significant traffic noise during both the day and night, especially in the bedrooms. I’m only home once a week, as I am a Regional Truck Driver with only 34 hours exactly allowed off.. With that being said, Authentix has been great. From the Tour to the move in. Smooth and efficient. Some of my deliveries have shown up early, including my sofa, and they where fantastic as moving it inside for me, and making sure they stay safe when I am off on the road, though I do try and schedule my deliveries for when I’ll be home, you can’t always control when they’ll arrive.
