I’m honestly not sure why there is such a negative review, because my experience has been completely different. The units I toured were spacious and clean. The pool/gym are the nicest I’ve seen at complex in the Quad Cities. The complex is also located next to so many amenities with quick access to the interstate. My interactions with the staff have also been superb.
Overpriced Nightmare: Springtail Infested Disaster I was so excited about this "brand-new" apartment. I moved here from NC, work 24/7, and an extremely reasonable person. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a never ending NIGHTMARE. First, let’s talk about the price—completely unjustified for what you actually get - you get nothing.
