I was referred to Authentically You by my primary care provider after seeking mental health services and medication management. I had two counseling appointments, which were lovely and considerate. I really loved my therapist I had through AYC. However, their billing department was so hard to work with. They overcharged me at least 5 times, if not more. There were several occasions where my insurance said I did not owe anything, and AYC charged me anyway before my insurance finished finalizing the claim. They also charged me other occasions for double the cost of my session, taking $300 out of my account without warning.
