Alicia is genuinely one of the warmest and most empathetic nurse practitioners I’ve met. She really cares about her patients, and is very easy to talk to. She addresses every concern with patience and sensitivity. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your well-being, I can’t recommend working with her enough!
I was referred to Authentically You by my primary care provider after seeking mental health services and medication management. I had two counseling appointments, which were lovely and considerate. When it came time for my intake appointment with the nurse practitioner, Alicia Pride, it was a different story. I really loved my therapist I had through AYC. However, their billing department was so hard to work with. They overcharged me at least 5 times, if not more. There were several occasions where my insurance said I did not owe anything, and AYC charged me anyway before my insurance finished finalizing the claim. They also charged me other occasions for double the cost of my session, taking $300 out of my account without warning.
