We had our roof replace and a side of vinyl siding repaired by Authentic Restoration about 6 and a half years ago. The initial process was unpleasant, and I questioned their work during the repair process. It was SO BAD I requested that the foreman NEVER return to my house after a certain point. I felt that they were laying the first row of shingle incorrectly and had the foreman out at that time and many others. He told me I had the "best and expensive" gutter guards and that I could have them removed to make the roof look ... read more
