I can not express the gratitude I have for Ashley and Authentic Reflections. Ashley has played an important role in assisting me and my family with our mental health and daily stressors. She has shown that she is deeply passionate about her patients and also the services she provides to them. Ashley has been my therapist for over a year and a half now and I could not ask for a better therapist. It's more like I'm talking to a friend when I talk to her, and she gives me tools to succeed outside of our sessions as well as extremely helpful feedback. She has helped me through break up trauma, family issues, work issues, confidence issues, and so much more. She is also very very fairly priced for those on a budget for therapy. I've even sent coworkers her way who love her. 10/10 highly recommend.
Ashley is a really good communicator and very helpful with clients that we have referred to her.
Ashley McBride is the best!! I was in a dark place a couple of years ago and the progress I have made with her guidance is amazing. I don't know where I would be if I haven't came across her when searching for a therapist. I have several before but she is the only one that had a major breakthrough with me!! I normally don’t leave reviews due to the lack of authenticity behind most of them but I have to take the time to leave a review… I am more than appreciative for the time effort and concern Authentic Reflections has taken upon my case to diligently produce the best outcome.
