Greg Flowers of Authentic Property Management is a Difficult-Tenant Whisperer! Because of his experience and heart, he was able to keep everyone happy. He made them feel heard and tended to their requests quickly, and in cases where the tenant over-reached, he talked to them … so refreshing that such common sense prevails. Long story short, he kept things humming at my property when it had become so difficult to manage by myself from a distance. Greg is the real deal!
Nice house, bad neighbors
Greg was our property manager for 2 years and found us excellent tenants. He delivered the rent on time without issue. He was always available for questions or concerns from both owner and tenant, and his rate was the most competitive in the market.
Greg helped me find a tenant for my rental unit and did a great job. He was very responsive and his many years of experience came through when I peppered him with a constant stream of questions as I am prone to do. He is courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to work with him again.
Greg Flowers is an excellent property manager! Long story short: I started leasing my SF rental without a PM during the peak of the pandemic and got some of the most difficult tenants out there. I hired Greg because I had a tenant who disappeared and I didn’t want to deal with it. Greg listened and helped me get through each of the crazy incidents caused by my tenants. I highly recommend Greg because of his professionalism and patience. He will try his best to solve any of your tenant issues!
