Having been through 3 property managers, I can personally say that Greg is the best! Greg truly cares about his clients. Even if I do bother him on a Sunday due to critical issues. His only downfall is that he is too trusting leaving vulnerable blind spots. Nonetheless he provides clarity and details for tenant screening no other property manager does. While I don’t take his recommendations at blind faith, I often question everything, I know he still has my best interest at heart.
