A clearly neglectful and unprofessional provider who can’t even be bothered to refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Not only did she seem completely disinterested during our intake, she didn’t even have the nerve to apologize directly for her lack of attention which caused her to miss my repeated refill requests. After contacting the office via multiple avenues for over two weeks, Dr. Francine still has yet to enter a single prescription for me. I’ve had such a great experience at Authentic Mental Wellness. My provider, Dr. Francine is incredibly kind and attentive—she remembers the small details I’ve shared and always checks in on them, which makes me feel truly cared for. I’ve felt heard and supported every step of the way. Appointments are easy to schedule and flexible, which has made getting care so much easier. Highly recommend!
UPDATE: Their response is total BS. I'm sure they know exactly who I am! SCAM ALERT! I never had any session with this woman, only a 20 minute introductory video-chat where she just filled out forms taking all my info without offering much info about her practice. She promised to send me more info and forms to fill out before setting up actual sessions. Then before she signed off, she asked if I needed any drugs. Which seemed very unusual.
