Great customer service / great telephone manner with "front line"; they were friendly, professional and courteous. C. Brown who came out was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Price was really good. Very quick in coming out and doing a very efficient and professional job. Will be sure to give out their company name to friends.

I am absolutely blown away with the top notch service from Authentic Garage! I called at the end of business hours with a totally broken opener, and they had the technician there within 45 minutes of my call! He showed up in a super professional and fully wrapped truck, so I knew from the end of the street that it was actually the correct company arriving at my home. Authentic Garage Door Service Co. Sent Chris B**** to do an estimate for service and repair of my garage door; he called before arriving, was right on time, and he was friendly and helpful. Chris from Authentic Garage Service and Repair worked on our garage door replacing several panels and installing a new garage door opener with sensors. I would have to say he did an excellent job. Additionally, Chris was prompt and gave us complete instructions on how to operate the new garage door opener with remotes. 5 Stars
