TRX yoga was great!!! Lynne was so wonderful as an instructor. There were 6 of us ranging from 12 to 67 and everyone was able to do with modifications. Would definitely recommend
I took a fantastic TRX Yoga class with Lynne at Marathon’s Oceanfront Park She was a fabulous instructor and the experience of exercising right under a tiki hut on the water was amazing! She explained and demonstrated all of the movements very well. Great experience and I will definitely return 🧘🏝️
Enjoyed a great TRX yoga class with Lynne at the Oceanfront Park in Marathon FL. She’s great! It was a truly invigorating workout.
How very special to take a yoga class with Lynne at Isla Bella Resort! Lynne is a nurturing, calming, wonderful yoga instructor who puts you at ease throughout the class. Lynne created a relaxing and peaceful environment for her students, and I truly enjoyed the guidance she provided through the class. She had options for gentler poses or more challenging poses. She really is a wonderful yoga teacher. And the setting at the beautiful Isla Bella Resort location is so blissful. A great experience that I highly recommend! Thank... read more
