took my dads truck in for a oil change and diag. finally got out @ 625.00 and still no idea what's wrong with the truck. Everything they described as to what they think is wrong has already been replace or was new. They don't do the work you expect them to and 600 dollars for a oil change and fuel filter when I brought the correct ford O.E.M parts and my own oil is a rip off. These shop owners are just trying to live the high life and doing it on hard working peoples dollars. Avoid this place and find a real shop.
Up on arriving magic shop dictionary tech that works here made every effort to make sure I was put up safely at a motel it made every effort of my safety set my truck will fix professional and did not release it until it was safely me to leave I want to thank each and every employer for today concern thank you
***** DO NOT USE THIS SHOP ******. -1000 stars!!!!! They crashed my truck and refuse to pay! This was a 5 star review…. From my first visit. Then on my second visit to finish an issue they could not complete on the first…. Tap out a fuel pump bolt and replace that was missing. Somehow the truck reverted to the original problem, would not start due to a fuel issue dispute having paid them 3k to have a new pump, fuel line and tank removal and cleaning.
