Kenny isn’t just an AC pro, he’s a life saver. We called him on a Saturday morning after being without air conditioning for a week (in Florida, in August, with a daytime heat index of 111) due to another company’s (rhymes with School Today) misdiagnosis and inability to fit us in their schedule or source the part we needed. I had a great experience with Authentic Air and Heat. Kenny was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my A/C unit and went above and beyond by explaining it to me and fixing it quickly. Unlike other repair shops, Kenny makes sure you understand the issue and what he's doing to fix it. Installation was top notch! He worked extremely hard for me and installed a brand new system in my upstairs attic when is was probably 140 degrees up there if not hotter. Poor guy came dripping out of my attic. But he got it done. Works far better than my old one, and my electric bill has even gone down since the new installation. Great Job Kenny!
