Absolutely avoid Auth Fuels at all costs as your choice for fuel providers! Their service managers are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful over the phone and in person. Tried to get oil delivered to my home and the first tech that showed up had no idea how to prime the furnace so I had to wait around even longer for the second tech to come and also not fix the problem. Even gave their local office a call to ask some questions about our situation and the person I spoke to basically just laughed at my concern for the problems ... read more
Called early morning due to furnace issues. They responded within 20 mins and fixed the problem.
Couldn't be happier !! Had a water heater situation, it wasn't an emergency, but it was approaching there. Contacted Auth regarding our concerns and the response we got from them was stellar !! They came out today (the day after the holiday) and addressed our situation. Can't thank them enough and the immediate attention we got. Thanks to Ed, Tim, Landon, and Miguel. Great job !!! today
I had my oil tank removed today. They came on time, worked very hard. Very courteous, and neat. An actual person answers the phone!!! Rare these days!
