Terrible experience with Autech. Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is unresponsive, equipment is outdated, multiple false alarms. Installation was a mess and their shady business practices and racist behavior make it even worse. I feel less secure than before and would never recommend them.
I cannot support a business associated with individuals who publicly spread racist and hateful rhetoric. A company’s values are reflected in the actions of those who represent it, and the behavior displayed by those connected to this establishment is deeply concerning. Our community deserves businesses that promote inclusivity and respect for all. I encourage others to be mindful of where they spend their money.
