My house was the first house Ausview has built 4yrs ago, since then I have been experiencing water leaks from ceiling every single year, Ausview every time came to do simple repairs but still could not solve the issue completely, look what happened now - the ceiling fell off and my rug, furniture are all damaged. Good luck to whoever choose them and whoever left 5 star reviews.
