I’ve been seeing Dr. Austria for my periodontal needs for the last couple years. He is so kind, takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. My teeth are in the best condition they have been in the last 20 years because of Dr. Austria. He is very knowledgeable and a very talented periodontist. Dr. Austria and his assistant Wendy are very kind and compassionate . I am thankful I found them and highly recommend their office.
Today I went in for my first treatment. Derp scaling and root plaining. Dr Austria and his assistant are wonderful. They worked very hard to straighten out my insurance so I would be covered. Going next week for treatment #2. Highly recommend.
Let me tell you, I was scared to death to have a gum graft I’ve needed for a long time. Dr. Austria explained the process very thoroughly, and has the perfect calm, capable mannerism that just lets you know it’s going to be ok. His assistant/office manager is also very nice and patient. I had my procedure today, and though it takes a while, I already feel they did a great job. Today was my first visit with Dr. Austria. I am very happy I chose him. He was very caring, kind and genuinely concerned. Wendy his Assistant was just as Nice as well!! Thank you both for making my visit so very comfortable!! I am on board with you guys %100 on saving my teeth! I should have done this a long time ago!
