Dr. Austria is amazing. She listens to all of your concerns without being dismissive. She gives referrals when needed. She is easy to reach and sometimes will answer the phone herself at her practice which is unheard of nowadays. She always gets back to me right away if I leave a message. She does use paper charting and there is no portal to log in to for messaging however due to her responsiveness I’ve never felt like I was missing it.
