Took our money and ran! I was hoping to recommend Australis but will vehemently NOT anymore. We had to cancel our solar install over a month out from install due to our changing work situation. We offered to pay the real costs incurred to that point for the free quote/design, offered extra to pay for some admin and offered to pay for the quick site visit the sparkies did but they've still got our ENTIRE $2685 worth of deposit. After a few quotes we decided to go ahead with Australis Solar even though they are not the cheapest but we believe them by the way they didn’t push us like other companies. We are happy with our choice because all the teams from marketing, installer, electrician and director are amazing. Once again thank you and keep up the great work guys!
They had first installed out Solar a few years ago, and they just installed a new battery. Really good to work with, responsive and reliable.
The works were completed exactly as scheduled. The crew was friendly and took great care of the plants and trees in the garden while carrying out the job. Everything was explained clearly. A special thanks to Luke for his professionalism and for leading the installation so well. Communication throughout the process was excellent.
