Excellent experience from start to finish. Boyd and the rest of the team patiently guided me through from design to commissioning and are continuing to respond quickly when I have any queries. The system (Sigenergy 32kWh, 20kW inverter, 21kW solar and gateway) is performing very well.
Boyd and his team at Australis have honestly been amazing. From giving me great assistance choosing the right system for my home to coming back taking the panels off and reinstalling when I had a new roof put on. The team were so professional, always on time and so respectful and responsive. I have recommended them several times.
